1. General provisions

1.1 These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a binding legal document that sets out our (the Seller’s) and your (the Buyer’s) rights and obligations, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the parties’ responsibilities and other provisions related to purchase and sale.

1.2 By ticking the box during the purchase, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees with these Rules.

1.3 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules, taking into account the changed circumstances and/or the requirements established by the legislation.

2. Privacy Policy

2.5 All information provided in the online store is the property of Carpe.lt. It may not be used for commercial purposes without our written consent. Next to photos and written information used for informational or other purposes, property must be indicated, i.e. Carpe.lt, rights.

3. Warranty

3.1 All Carpe.lt emails The goods sold in the store have original measurements.

3.2 The color or shape of the goods may differ slightly from the one shown in the e-mail. in the store due to the information technology used.

3.3 In cases where, on the basis of legal acts, a certain expiration date is determined for specific goods, the Seller undertakes to sell such goods to the Buyer in such a way that he is given a real opportunity to use such goods until the end of the expiration date.

3.4 The Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the relatively short shelf life of the product, giving a discount to the product and stating the expiration date of the product in the description of the product.

3.5 The provided photo may show more products than the stated unit price of one product.

3.6 The goods are covered by the warranty established by the manufacturer or the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Buyer’s rights and obligations

4.1 The buyer has the right to buy goods at Carpe.lt e-mail. in the store according to the procedure set out in these Rules.

4.2 The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

4.3 The buyer is responsible for transferring his login data to third parties. If the services provided by Carpe.lt are used by a third person who is connected to e-mail store using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller considers this person as the Buyer.

4.4 The buyer has the right to receive information about the processed personal data provided by him.

4.5 The buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

4.6 The buyer has the right to return the goods based on the conditions set out in these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.7 In the event that the Buyer unreasonably refuses the purchase-sale contract, he is obliged to pay all the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller. The amount of these costs of the Seller is deducted from the amount of money paid for the product(s) to be returned to the Buyer. If the offset does not cover the entire claim of the Seller, i.e. The costs of returning the goods incurred by the Seller exceed the value of the returned goods, the Buyer undertakes to pay the remaining amount to the Seller within 15 (fifteen) days.

4.8 In case of additional questions about the goods, the Buyer has the right to e-mail contact the Seller by mail or phone to clarify the information.

5. Rights and obligations of the seller

5.1 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy regarding his personal information, specified in the e-mail. in the store’s registration form, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the “Rules on Personal Data Protection”.

5.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer in one of the ways specified in these Rules, which is chosen by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

5.3 The seller is not responsible for Third Parties, i.e. actions of parcel services and non-fulfillment of obligations on time, but makes every effort to ensure that the Buyer receives the ordered goods on time and in a suitable manner.

5.4 The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer for important reasons, undertakes to offer an analogous product or a product that is as similar as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous product or the product most similar in its characteristics, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 7 (seven) working days, if prepayment was made.

5.5 The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

5.6 In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.

5.7 If the Seller’s email the store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.

5.8 The seller is released from responsibility for consequences caused by force majeure or for reasons beyond his control over which he had no or could not influence.

6. Return of goods

6.1 You can return goods that are not classified as food products to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, provided that the packaging has not been damaged or the appearance of the goods has not been damaged in any other way, as well as if they have not been used. In this case, we will refund the amount you paid, except for delivery and handling costs, if any.

6.2 If you received a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours. from the day of their receipt by e-mail email info@carpemats.com. The message must describe the current situation and send photos or a video of the received item. If the notification is not received within the mentioned period, it is considered that the Buyer is satisfied with the product and there is no basis for subsequent claims. We undertake to replace a low-quality product with a high-quality one, and if there is no possibility to replace it with an analogous desired product or return the money paid for it. In this case, we will pay the shipping and handling costs.

6.3 After receiving the product and evaluating its condition, we will refund the corresponding amount within 10 working days.

6.4 If, during the assessment of the product’s condition, it becomes apparent that it is of poor quality or has a manufacturing defect, we will pay the delivery costs.

6.5 You can apply for a refund by e-mail by mail to info@carpemats.com after sending a free-form request in which you provide the required details (Name, Surname, Phone no., Order number, Name of the product to be returned, code and price, Reason for return, Bank account no.).

7. Final Provisions

7.1 These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.2 All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved by negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. How to buy?
1) After choosing the desired product, enter the desired quantity and click “Add to cart”. To view the order, click on the “Cart” icon and the inscription “Cart”, to buy, click on “Checkout”. Check whether the added products and quantities correspond to what you want – if they do not, adjust the quantities and the cart will be updated in a few seconds. If you want to delete any product, enter the quantity “0”. If you want to delete all products from the cart, click “Clear Cart.”

2) Select the shipping method (it can also be selected/changed in the Shipping section in later steps)

3) After completing the adjustment, click “Proceed to payment”.

4) Choose how you will buy the goods:

– If you are registered, your “Payer information” will already be filled out. Then select the method of delivery and payment.

– If you don’t have an account in our store yet, check “Register” and fill in the fields below.

– If you want to buy without registration, check “Buy offline”

Important! If a VAT invoice needs to be issued on behalf of a company, please select “Purchase Company” during the order process and fill in the fields for companies: CODE – required, VAT m/m – required if you are a VAT payer)

Important! If you are a natural person running an individual activity, enter your personal code in the “Company code” field or leave it blank.

Attention! The individual activity certificate number is not entered in the VAT invoice.

5) Mark the method of delivery of goods acceptable to you.

6) If there is additional information that we should know about or if you have any comments or suggestions, please write them in the “Comments and Comments” box.

7) Choose a payment method acceptable to you.

8) After familiarizing yourself with the Purchase Rules, confirm the order.

9) Information about the order will be sent to your specified e-mail address. postal address.

3. Methods of payment
Payment is made via e-mail. Banking carried out through the Montonio system.
After clicking “Proceed to Payment” select the bank from which you will make the payment. Continue to follow the information and follow the steps to get to know each other.
If you do not pay for the goods within 24 hours. the reservation of goods is cancelled.
4. Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection conditions

The goods are shipped on the same working day after receiving the order payment or on the following working day if the payment is received after 5:00 p.m.
The goods are delivered in the way chosen by the Buyer.
NOTE: in all cases, the terms of delivery of goods may vary depending on seasonality, which affects the serving delivery services and our availability, as well as on unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) that are beyond our control and which we cannot influence.
